Warm weather this week
Please send your student to school with a water bottle. Staff are limiting outdoor activity and keeping an eye on students during the heat.
Around campus
Homecoming. Our Homecoming Dance sold out for the first time in years. Thank you to the staff and students who planned, decorated, and chaperoned the night.
Culinary Club made spam musubi, and made a point of building a space where every student is welcome at the table.
Mental health awareness. Students ran awareness activities on campus, including a student-made myth-busting board, part of our work to make sure scholars know how to look out for one another and where to find help.
If you or someone you know is struggling, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day. Call or text 988.
