B.A. in Psychology – Kalamazoo College
Marlene Espinoza is the 10th grade Spanish 1 teacher at Environmental Charter High School -Gardena. Marlene has been teaching since 2017, and has five years teaching Spanish. Previously Marlene worked in ECHS-Lawndale and Larchmont Charter High school.
Marlene is an Alumni of ECHS-Lawndale. She is at ECS because she believes in being a part of the community that helped pave the way for her own educational journey into higher ed.
As a graduate of Kalamazoo College, she earned a B.A. in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction at Cal State Dominguez Hills. In her free time you can find Marlene attending hockey games, camping, or baking.
