Speakers discussed tools and strategies that help support and protect our mental and physical health during these difficult times including the benefits of physical activity, self-regulation skills to manage emotions and academic success, overcoming depression and suicidal ideation, optimal ways of using technology, impacts of community trauma and the importance of self-care, and nutrition for mental and physical health from a plant-based perspective.
