Monse Garcia is the Community and Student Outreach Senior Lead for Environmental Charter Schools, where she leads outreach, recruitment, and engagement initiatives across multiple school sites. Monse brings a strong background in operations, compliance, and community engagement, combining strategic organization with a deep passion for student success.
Monse earned her Associate of Science in Business Administration from Los Angeles Harbor College and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California.
A proud Gardena native, Monse is a strong believer in giving students the resources and support they need to be successful. She sees education as the foundation for change and believes that empowering students today will shape a better tomorrow.
Outside of work, Monse enjoys spending time with her family and her two young boys. She loves learning new things, taking on different projects, and contributing wherever she can make a positive impact.
