Korey Miller-Andrews is the Academic Counselor at Environmental Charter High School – Gardena. Korey has served children and families for over five years in various settings and roles. Korey has always valued the uniqueness of each individual and when searching for a school community after completing her Masters of Social Worker Degree, Korey was thrilled to find a space at ECMS-Gardena that aligned with her values. Korey believes children in low-income communities of color deserve quality education and opportunities to pursue higher education.
Korey strives to be a positive and impactful individual and is excited to work closely with ECHS-Gardena students and their families to ensure their academic success.
Korey is a graduate of San Diego State University and holds a B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies. At San Diego State University, she focused her studies in Psychology, Public Administration and Child and Family Development. After completing her B.A., Korey earned an MSW from the University of Southern California.
