Jeremiah David’s professional journey is guided by his belief that every student, regardless of background, deserves the opportunities, guidance, and support needed to build the future they envision for themselves, their families, and their communities. He has worked at ECS since July 2017 and is currently the Director of Compliance & Operations, where he oversees the areas of compliance, board governance, risk management, contracts, information technology, and student enrollment and food service.
Prior to working at ECS, Jeremiah was the Associate Vice President, Strategy and Innovation, at EOI Service Company, where he steered large-scale transformational technology projects. Before this executive role, he was the Director of Technology Development at EOI, leading a team of technical project managers in developing customized software solutions. Jeremiah earned a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Decision Sciences at Cal State Fullerton and an M.B.A. at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jeremiah David also completed the Broad Residency in Urban Education program resulting in an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership.
Although he is now based in Southern California, Jeremiah lived in many other places growing up: Arizona, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Florida, and Colombia, South America. To this day, he enjoys traveling and spends much of his personal time being in the outdoors, listening to podcasts about the past and the future, and playing classical piano.
