Jenina is a highly talented professional with over 20 years of business leadership experience as a consultant and business manager, working in both the private and public sectors. She has assisted small businesses to meet their business goals and as a Six Sigma Green Belt with GE Capital working on continuous process improvement projects. She has also worked in the public sector with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
Jenina received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Politics and Woman’s Studies at Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg Virginia. She is pursuing her Certification in Project Management offered by the Project Management Institute. As a bilingual professional in English and Spanish, she is able to offer organizations her consulting services in business development utilizing those project management skills in the following areas: business plans, marketing initiatives, quality improvements and construction projects.
She is co-founder of Bricks With a Cause, a non-profit which helps children develop their passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math in underserved communities. She finds joy in the outdoors; hiking throughout Southern California, and in the rain forest of Costa Rica. Lastly, and most importantly, she is often found on the soccer field with her 12 year old son.
