This week, ECMS Inglewood hosted survivalist Rob Remedi (aka Tracker Rob). Remedi taught our sixth graders how to make fire using sticks. Our students were able to gain first-hand experience in fire-making that ties into their learning about hunter-gatherers. This brings to life their reading of the novel “Dar and the Spear Thrower” by Marjorie Cowley.
