Chrysalis is workforce development program for low-income and homeless communities throughout Los Angeles County. We have recently launched a partnership with them, wherein families who are struggling with unemployment, underemployment or unfair wages can work one-on-one with trained employment specialists, to create a resume and apply for work. Chrysalis has an over 90% success rate, helping clients to secure jobs, and they have both English and Spanish speaking employment specialists.
