Hello ECMS Students!
We are excited to have you join us for our first ever Summer Book Club! All ECMS students, teachers, and staff will read the book “Ghost Boys,” by Jewell Parker Rhodes this summer. Additionally, we will be offering an optional weekly Book Club meeting to discuss the book. The meeting for ECMSI students will be run by our wonderful 6th Grade ELA teacher, Ms. Adway. The meeting for ECMSG students will be run by our amazing 7th Grade ELA teacher, Mr. Limon.
Weekly Book Club Meetings
We are hosting weekly meetings to discuss the book during the month of July. Below are the dates of the meetings along with the times:
- Tuesday, July 7th
- Tuesday, July 14th
- Tuesday, July 21st
- Tuesday, July 28th
Time of meetings:
- Rising 7th Graders: 2:30 on Tuesdays
- Rising 8th Graders: 3:30 on Tuesdays
