Recently, ECMS-I hosted a cooking & nutrition workshop for our parents! The class was facilitated by a wonderful organization called FEAST. Parents really enjoyed the workshop and shared that they look forward to learning more. Research finds that people who eat home-cooked meals on a regular basis tend to be happier and healthier and consume less sugar and processed foods, which can result in higher energy levels and better mental health.
