Our Partners
Our work is only made possible thanks to the businesses and non-profits that work directly with our schools and students. Our partners make it possible for us to create unique program offerings, provide rewarding student opportunities, and share sustainable practices.
Our partners provide funds, human power, knowledge, and opportunities that allow educational experiences to reach far beyond the classroom and allow our students to engage in relevant, meaningful action.
ECS students benefit from the extraordinary opportunity to learn from our Community Partners. Their insight and real-world experiences give our students invaluable skills, a credible advantage when applying for jobs and colleges, and a deeper awareness of the world around them.

Featured Program Partner
The Bay Foundation
Through the robust partnership with The Bay Foundation, ECS now offers three community compost hubs built for the Table to Farm Composting for Clean Air Project. The hubs are located at the all three ECS campuses in Inglewood, Gardena and Lawndale. The Program enlists local restaurants to compost pre-consumer food scraps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from landfills. Simultaneously, the application of compost builds healthy soils, increases water-holding capacity, and enhances soil carbon sequestration. To date, over 10,000 pounds of food waste has been diverted and composted at ECS campuses. Read more about our partnership with The Bay Foundation.
