Jeremiah David is passionate about Environmental Charter School’s (ECS) commitment to advance social equity for all because he believes that every young person deserves an equal opportunity, along with guidance and support, to create the quality of life that he or she believes in. He has worked with ECS since July 2017 and is currently the Director of Compliance and Operations, where he collaborates with ECS team members to design and implement infrastructure initiatives in knowledge management, contract management, board governance, technology and compliance.
Prior to working at ECS, Jeremiah was the Associate Vice President, Strategy and Innovation, at EOI Service Company, where he steered the Innovations Group, overseeing large-scale transformation projects in the insurance industry. Before this executive role, he was the Director of Technology Development at EOI, leading a team of technical project managers in developing customized software solutions. Jeremiah earned a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Decision Sciences at Cal State Fullerton and an M.B.A. at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Jeremiah David recently completed the Broad Residency in Urban Education program resulting in an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Although he is now based in Southern California, Jeremiah has lived in many other places growing up: Arizona, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Florida and Colombia, South America. To this day, he enjoys traveling and spends most of his personal time being in the outdoors, reading books about the past and the future, and playing classical piano.
