Tracy Bondi is the Director of Finance at Environmental Charter Schools. Tracy earned her BA in English from UCLA, and later returned to earn her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to business school, Tracy worked in strategic sourcing and communications for Cumberland Packing Corp. in NYC, the makers of Sweet’N Low, Sugar in the Raw, and other packaged foods. While earning her MBA, she first learned about charter schools, and that interest led her to intern at Green Dot Public Schools.
After graduating Anderson, Tracy began working at EdTec, business and development specialists for charter schools, as their first full-time employee in Southern California. She began as a Client Manager, and later was VP of Client Management for the SoCal office. Following her departure from EdTec, Tracy served as COO / CFO of Flexfirm Products, her family’s manufacturing business. During that time, she remained involved in charter schools, serving as Board Chair of SOAR Charter Academy in San Bernardino and providing financial and business consulting to Aveson charter schools, a network of two charter schools in Pasadena.
Tracy returned to working with charters full-time in 2014 by joining the ECS team.
