Bruce Greenspon is the Secretary/Vice President of the ECS Board of Directors. He has been part of the ECS family since 2002. He brings with him over twenty years of commitment to negotiation, conflict resolution and mentoring.
Bruce is a results-driven innovative strategic thought leader with the proven ability to create vision and execute strategy with extensive experience leading people and organizations. His industry expertise includes U.S. Government and International procurement processes including complex export / import and US Government license requirements. In addition, he has a strong background in public education administration, consumer branded products and manufacturing.
Bruce serves as Raytheon’s lead negotiator on international development and production contracts. Some of his organizational affiliations include Raytheon Management Club, Big Brothers, Greater Los Angeles, Junior Achievement (JA) Volunteer of the Year for Southern California, JA Industry Consultant and Hughes Aircraft Company lead focal point for JA.
