Christina Awad is the Instructional Math Coach at Environmental Charter Middle School- Inglewood. In this role, she applies her areas of expertise which includes modeling, mentoring of individual teachers and contributing to the professional development of ECS staff. She has nine years of classroom teaching in the areas of Math, Technology, Science, and Literacy. Christina is at ECS because she wants to be part of the strong ECS mission to provide every student the opportunity to have a high-quality education and become college ready.
Christina is a board member of the Coptic Education Foundation and a Summer Camp Coordinator for St. Peter and St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church. Christina is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. She earned a Masters of Science Degree in Instructional Leadership from National University.
